FRIGAIR Showcase: The new countdown begins!
FRIGAIR 2022 is now officially one year away, and the kickstart to the new countdown to the continent’s largest dedicated HEVACR event is getting the industry involved in the excitement.
As the pandemic that persists around the globe has almost entirely halted many an industry’s face-to-face engagements since the beginning of 2020, this event will bring collaborations and high spirits to the sector by again creating the platform for the entire industry to network, discover new suppliers and services, evaluate the latest technology and methodology, and continue learning through various seminars.
The organisers and SAIRAC, as the owners of this world-class event, together back the face-to-face approach fully as it has been proven successful over many decades before. Although digital media has temporarily taken front row in most companies, it has also to an extent created a virtual overload on people and the industry and has therefore resulted in a greater hunger for in-person interactions.
It is no secret that one-on-one engagement creates larger sentiments of trust while being able to address queries immediately with visitors being able to see and touch products is advantageous in the pitch or selling process. Further, recent studies have shown that even simple simultaneous eye contact and a first bump (in observing limited contact), affects endorphin levels in humans – creating a sense of happiness and excitement – and let’s be honest, who couldn’t use more of that these days!
So, as we celebrate the re-launch of this event, the industry was invited to share what new and innovative products and services are out there, and these form part of this FRIGAIR Showcase. One of the South African Institute of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning’s (SAIRAC) premier events, the FRIGAIR expo is the largest dedicated HERVAC trade exhibition in Africa and dates back to 1980.
