The Munters M300, a first in a new generation of next level dehumidifiers from Munters, will be officially launched in South Africa at FRIGAIR 2025.

This state-of-the-art portable dehumidifier is designed to deliver exceptional performance, energy efficiency and control, all in a lightweight yet robust design.

Featuring a completely redesigned structure, a robust yet precise construction, a state-of-the-art control system with intuitive controls, and futureproof connectivity options, the M300 sets a new standard in portable dehumidification.

The M300 is entirely new, inside and out. The lightweight yet highly robust casing in UL-certified ABS is portable, easy to connect, and quick to get up and running. For many users, the pre-set values will make installation a simple plug-and-play process. For those with more specific requirements, the easy-to-use intelligent AirC 200 control system offers every opportunity to customize setpoints such as calculated dewpoint, add external sensors, alarm signals – and more. This makes the M300 both straightforward to use and more advanced than anything comparable on the market.

One of the standout features of the M300 is its energy efficiency. The new M300 is the definitive benchmark for energy efficiency, adopting several new technologies to bring energy consumption for dehumidification down to a minimum. The main secret lies in the reactivation process which operates at a mere 160°C, significantly reducing energy consumption.

Despite its size, the M300 has the capacity to handle up to 300m³ of air per hour, allowing it to be used in the most demanding applications, all with minimal energy consumption. With an internal airtight aluminum construction around the dessicant wheel, leakage is reduced to its minimum. Energy recovery between process and reactivation air is vastly improved thanks to Munters energy efficient purge design, further reducing energy consumption.

Extremely reliable, the M300 is designed to offer efficient dehumidification with minimal maintenance and service requirements in demanding environments. It operates consistently, day in and day out, year-round, in storage facilities, exposed offshore environments, construction sites, and for water damage restoration. At the same time, the intelligent control system provides optimal control in environments such as laboratories, the food industry, electronics manufacturing, archives, and other tightly controlled and sensitive applications. The first Munters M300 unit has arrived in South Africa from Sweden and will be featured for the first time, at FRIGAIR 2025 at the SMAC Enterprises stand in Hall 5, Stand A3.
